Johnson's Boucanière is a restaurant and specialty meats store, using recipes from the world famous Johnson's Grocery, which was located in Eunice, LA. We are located in the heart of downtown Lafayette. We specialize in BBQ, plate lunches and make our own sausages, tassos, beef jerky, BBQ sauce and seasonings.
