The Lafayette Convention & Visitors Commission and local and national businesses sponsor the campaign and a nominal fee is collected from each restaurant. A multimedia campaign will promote the restaurants and promotions taking place during the eight-week campaign. The EatLafayette kick-off event, A Taste of Lafayette, is set for Tuesday, June 19, 2012. The official website, www.eatlafayette.com, has a complete listing of all the participating restaurants. The campaign runs June 18 - August 15, 2012.
